The products on average ship
within 2-3 weeks of receiving the order. Shipping time would add
another 3-4 days. If
you need them sooner, we can ship UPS Next Day or UPS Air 2nd Day. |

Alphabet
Letters |
|
Yes, in addition to 0-9
numbers, we also carry the entire A-Z alphabet, many symbols and
punctuation marks in all listed styles and sizes. |

Durability |
|
All of our finishes come with a
lifetime warranty. Having
said that, Anodized Aluminum finishes are the more durable. |

Finishes |
|
Natural Satin Aluminum
has a clear coat on top, which makes it glossier, as seen on the FINISHES
page. |
| Return
Policy |
| All of our cast metal
letters and numbers are made after the order is received. It does
not make sense to stock all numbers and letters in over 40 styles x 10
sizes x over 20 finishes. But, as a service to you, we will offer a
credit of 50% on returned items. You will have to pay the shipping
charges. |
| Custom
Jobs |
| We can make pretty
much any style in any size and finish. Some of the non-standard
finishes are: Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, and Hot Roller Steel. |

Recommended
Sizes |
| The average size we
sell is probably 5 inches. Some people go smaller, some people go
larger. We have even sold 15" numbers for a house address
application. |
| International
Orders |
| We can ship anywhere
in the world. We can calculate the freight charges, but there might be
additional customs taxes/duties/brokerage fees/etc imposed by your
government or customs clearing agencies. |

Lifetime
Warranty |
| All our cast metal
products carry a Lifetime Guarantee. This means should a letter
fade, break, or contain any defects, we will refinish or replace the
defective material at no cost to you, as long as the letters are installed
on their original location. Keep in mind that all exterior letters
will require some maintenance to retain their original luster. All
metal letters and numbers should be periodically cleaned with a good dish
soap and water to remove any dirt or pollutants gathered from the
environment. Should the face of a metal letter get scratched, the polyurethane
coating can be revitalized using a good car wax. |

Methods |
| We accept only VISA or
MASTERCARD credit cards. You could also get an estimate and mail us
a check. |

Spacers |
| Spacers are the little
rings that go over the studs to make the numbers/letters stand off the
wall. They come in a variety of sizes. You could also order
several sets of spacers of varying sizes. |

On
Site Installation |
| We do installations in
and around Los Angeles County. Please call for a quote. |
